Care team assignments

To make a professional eligible for a care team assignment, first add the relevant profession(s) to their user profile. Visit the Add a profession guide for additional information on this step.

Assign Care Team roles:

1. Open the user’s profile by clicking on their name on the Users list page.

2. Click on Actions, and then select View and update access.

3. Under the Permissions section, click on the Programs tab.

4. Find the column titled Care Team. Using the dropdown, select Editor or Viewer.

   • Assign organization-wide access to all segments.

     OR

   • Assign at the program segment level where the professional should be eligible to provide care.

5. Click Save.
